Common questions
How do I share a log with another caregiver?
In Settings, under Caregivers, tap + Invite Caregiver and send the invitation. Once it's accepted, you both read and write the same log in real time.
How do I export my logs?
Two ways. Export as File in Settings hands your record to the share sheet, so you can save or email it. Export to LLM, at the bottom of the daily logs list, formats it to paste into ChatGPT or Claude.
Can I log something that happened earlier?
Yes. Tap the action — it saves right away at the current time — then tap Edit on the confirmation toast to open the time picker, spin it, and tap Save. You can also tap any existing line to change its time, add a note, or delete it. No keyboard required.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, tap Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period and can be recovered by signing back in; after that, everything is permanently deleted.

We don't sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it for advertising. Details are in the privacy policy.
